Will S9G work with my laptop?
Check your laptop’s size, video-capable ports, and support for two external displays. Compatibility varies by exact model, especially on MacBooks. Send FOPO your model name and port details before ordering if you are unsure.
How do I connect the two displays?
Use video-capable USB-C connections, or a supported combination of USB-C and HDMI with separate USB power. A charging-only USB-C port cannot transmit video. The cable arrangement depends on your laptop; follow the supplied connection guide.
Can I use a different app on each screen?
On a compatible laptop, select Extend in your operating system’s display settings to spread apps across the screens. Mirror mode repeats content. You can also change the display orientation for portrait use.
Can I detach the screens?
Yes. Release the locking mechanism as shown in the supplied manual before removing a screen. Position it with suitable support on a flat surface; do not pull it from a locked mount.
What support comes with my order?
