The supplied specifications list Windows 10/11 and macOS models from 2019 onward, including M1, M2, and M3. Confirm your exact laptop and OS version.

Company-managed laptop? Confirm that your IT administrator allows driver installation and the required permissions before ordering.
Two connection options
Connect the displays.
Power your setup.
Use the supplied USB-C or dual-head USB-A to USB-C connection method. Both illustrated methods require an external power supply.
1. Install the driver.
Use the supplied driver and follow the included setup instructions. Restart your laptop after installation.
2. Connect data and power.
Choose the connection method supported by your laptop and connect the external power supply as shown in the model-specific guide.
3. Arrange your desktop.
Use your computer's display settings to arrange the screens and choose extended or mirrored mode.
On macOS, follow the included instructions to allow UsbDisplay under Screen Recording in privacy and security settings. Do not assume every cable or adapter supports the required data and power connection.

How many screens does S788 add?
Three external 16-inch displays. Together with your laptop's built-in display, that creates a four-screen workspace. Each external display has a 1920 × 1200 resolution.
Does it require a driver?
Yes. Install the supplied driver, restart, and follow the connection guide. Windows 10/11 may install the driver automatically when online, but manual installation may still be needed.
Will it work with my MacBook?
The supplied specifications list macOS models from 2019 onward, including M1, M2, and M3. Confirm your exact model and OS version. Follow the driver instructions and grant UsbDisplay the required Screen Recording permission.
Do I need an external power supply?
Yes. The illustrated USB-C and dual-head USB-A connection methods both require an external power supply. Use the supplied accessories and follow the included guide.
Can I show different apps on each screen?
After driver setup, select extended desktop in your operating system's display settings and arrange the screens to match your setup. Mirror mode repeats content instead.
What if my laptop blocks driver installation?
Check with your IT administrator before ordering. Managed laptops may restrict installation or the permissions needed by the driver.
